Task
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of BESS commissionin
- Checking the readiness of electrical installation prior to energization
- Managing the commissioning sequence of technological units (BESS, PCS, transformer, SCADA)
- Supervision of electrical and functional testing of the equipment
- Communication with the technology manufacturer and EPC contractor
- Troubleshooting technical issues during commissioning
- Validation of results and confirmation of the system's readiness for operation
- Preparation of commissioning reports
- Frequent business trips in the Czech Republic and abroad (training takes place in Bohumín)
- Initial training in Bohumín, subsequent work execution according to the project location
Your profile
- Secondary/University education in electrical engineering, energetics, automation, or power engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical power engineering or industrial automation
- Electrical certification according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. (knowledgeable person - leading worker/manager)
- Knowledge of LV / MV electrical systems
- Experience with the commissioning of electrical equipment
- Basic knowledge of battery systems (Li-ion) and BESS system architecture (BMS, PCS, battery containers) is a major advantage
- Knowledge of power electronics / inverters
- Experience with industrial communication (Modbus TCP/RTU, CAN bus, Ethernet) and SCADA/EMS systems
- Communicative knowledge of English (required)
- Willingness to travel (projects in the Czech Republic / EU)
- Driving license category B
