Task
- Planning and purchasing technical components, materials, and services for BESS production
- Selection, evaluation, technical development, and record-keeping of suppliers
- Assessing the technical capabilities of suppliers
- Checking and refining technical documentation and component parameters (drawings, specifications, bills of materials)
- Negotiating business terms, monitoring deadlines, and solving operational problems in deliveries
- Possible participation in supplier visits
- Solving technical problems, quality deviations, and seeking corrective measures
- Cooperation with engineering, production, design, the sales team, and other departments on part specifications
- Cost optimization and seeking savings within purchasing processes
- Maintaining related documentation
Your profile
- Technical education (electrical engineering, energetics, or other technical field) or economic education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar purchasing position
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiation skills, and independent decision-making
- Experience with technical cooperation with suppliers (technical audits, evaluation, development)
- Ability to read technical documentation and component parameters
- Communicative knowledge of English is a requirement (English-speaking manager)
- Willingness to travel, including trips abroad
- User knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, diligence, independence, and analytical thinking
