Task
- Leading and managing assigned projects from assignment to successful completion
- Creation and monitoring of project plans, budgets, and time schedules
- Coordinating activities within the project team, on the supplier side, up to the final project implementation
- Communicating with customers, authorities (building and other permits), external suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress, evaluating risks, and proposing corrective measures
- Ensuring the completion of projects within the agreed scope, quality, time, and budget
- Regular reporting to company management on the status of projects
Your profile
- University education in a technical or economic field (energetics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering is an advantage)
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Knowledge of the energy sector, batteries, or battery systems is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and set priorities
- Communicative knowledge of English (for communication with foreign customers/partners/suppliers)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- User knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, etc.)
- Willingness to travel (depending on projects)
