Task

  • End-to-end management of business cases from A to Z – identifying new market opportunities, negotiating terms, and driving deals to a successful contract signature.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.

  • Presentation and sale of complex BESS solutions, analyzing customers' energy needs, and successfully defending the value of the solution before engineers and top management.

  • Preparation of technical and commercial proposals and contracts.

  • Participation in business negotiations and setting partnership terms.

  • Market monitoring and competitor analysis.

  • Building long-term strategic relationships with key players in the energy sector and tracking market trends.

  • Frequent business travel, including international trips.

Workplace: Prague (or Bohumín)

Your profile

  • Minimum of secondary technical education (University degree is an advantage) or an economic background with a strong technical overlap.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales – experience in selling technical products or capital goods/investment packages for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in the energy sector or energy storage/accumulation industry.
  • Technical knowledge and the ability to quickly navigate through technical specifications and engineering schemes.
  • Proficiency in English at a solid professional/communicative level (B2/C1).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Valid driving license (category B).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Independence with no need for micromanagement.
  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
  • Result-oriented mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Mobility and a strong drive to represent the company directly in the field.
